Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Apptech Infosoft Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide professional and transparent education consultancy services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Services

Apptech Infosoft Pvt Ltd provides career counselling, guidance, and support services related to college admissions, university selection, and course selection.

We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or placements
Fees charged are for consultation, guidance, and support services only
Our role is to facilitate and guide — not to assure outcomes
We operate as an authorized education consultancy partner with MOUs with various universities

2. Cancellation Policy

a) By the User

Users may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email or phone
Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the service
Once counselling or guidance has been provided, cancellation may not be eligible for refund

b) By Apptech Infosoft Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services in cases such as:

Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
Misuse of services or inappropriate conduct
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, applicable refunds (if any) will be processed at our discretion

3. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Payment made for a service that has not yet been initiated
Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
Service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations

                
                Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date for consideration.
            

b) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Once counselling or consultation services have been delivered
After profile evaluation, college shortlisting, or admission guidance has started
If a user is dissatisfied with admission outcomes or results
Failure to secure admission, scholarship, or placement in a preferred college
Change of mind after service delivery has begun
Incorrect information provided by the user leading to admission issues

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, wherever possible
Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank
For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cheque

5. Service Modifications

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

Rescheduling of counselling sessions to a later date
Adjustments to services based on user requirements
Credit towards future consultancy services
Alternative guidance or support options

Any service modifications will be discussed and agreed upon with the user before implementation.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations:

Users must first contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably
If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to our management
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India

7. Important Disclaimer

Apptech Infosoft Pvt Ltd provides guidance services only — we are not an educational institution
Admission decisions are made solely by colleges/universities based on their eligibility criteria
Fees paid are for time, expertise, and consultancy services — not for admission guarantee
We recommend users to verify all admission details directly with the respective institutions
